Yes! Keystone Business ERP is our SaaS edition and is not free. There are no hidden fees and restrictions. You pay one monthly or yearly fee and get the full version with all the features, No limitations!
No! Keystone Business ERP has no limitations or restrictions of any kind. It is a full featured accounting system and is available without any limitations or restrictions.
Yes. You do need a license but the license. All our software is protected by license management, even the free versions, to protect our intellectual property and maintain source code protection.

Yes of course. Keystone Business ERP is our flagstone edition and we try to make the software work for every industry and every scenario.
If you require a feature that is not in the current version, please head to the Contact Developer section under SETTINGS in the sidebar of the app and choose New Feature Requests.
We will review your request and implement it in the next available update if we decided that its a value added feature. We release new software updates regularly with the new features our users request.
Keystone Business ERP has an OTA (Over The Air) updater functionality built in. Go to Site Settings - Updates and if a new update is available, the system will ask you to update.
Just click Download Update and the app will automatically download the new update, install it and migrate the database if necessary.
This will update your system with the latest version and all the new features we added.
We recommend making a backup of your app and database before installing a new update.
